The in-school assessment typically takes about 1.5 hours.
Two-way transport will be provided at $40 per round trip as part of the assessment process. After the assessment, we will return your dog and provide a detailed virtual update to discuss our findings and next steps.

The basic daycare option is a basic care service that provides a safe and comfortable environment for your dog without additional activities or enrichment programmes. It’s perfect for owners looking for an affordable, reliable solution for their dog’s care during the day.
You can upgrade to our enrichment daycare at any time if you feel your dog would benefit from additional activities or enrichment.

Pick-up timings: 7:00 am – 9:00 am (Weekdays) and 8:00 am – 9:30 am (Saturdays).
Drop-off timings: 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm (Weekdays) and 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm (Saturdays).Daycare is not available on Sundays.
Overnight Boarding:
Pick-up timings: 7:00 am – 9:00 am (Weekdays) and 8:00 am – 9:30 am (Saturdays).
Drop-off timings (next day): 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (Weekdays and Weekends).Transport schedules are pre-allocated to ensure an efficient route for all dogs.

No, we currently require all dogs to use our transport service due to our facility’s setup and to ensure a smooth and organised process. This helps us manage arrivals efficiently, maintain a structured routine, and create a calmer environment for the dogs in our care.

Unfortunately, no. All new dogs must first complete an assessment session to ensure compatibility with our playgroup environment.

All dogs, including puppies and seniors, must have up-to-date annual core vaccinations (Parvovirus, Distemper, and Adenovirus) or an annual titre test demonstrating immunity to these diseases from an accredited vet.
Kennel Cough (CIRDC) is not mandatory but highly recommended, especially for social settings or for vulnerable puppies and senior dogs.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
