Welcome to Pawpidoo! By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

1. General

1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pawpidoo’s training, daycare, boarding, and related services.
1.2 By booking any service with Pawpidoo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1.3 Pawpidoo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Dog Requirements

2.1 All dogs must undergo an initial assessment to determine suitability for our services.
2.2 Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including core vaccinations (Parvo, Distemper, Adenovirus) or a valid titre test from an accredited vet.
2.3 Owners must disclose any known behavioural issues, aggression, medical conditions, or special needs before enrolment.
2.4 Pawpidoo reserves the right to refuse service or remove a dog from the premises if it poses a risk to itself, other dogs, staff, or property.

3. Bookings & Payments

3.1 All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
3.2 Payment must be made in full before the commencement of any service.
3.3 Packages must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.4 Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Liability & Waiver

4.1 By using Pawpidoo’s services, you acknowledge that dog training, daycare, and boarding involve inherent risks. Pawpidoo shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or damage caused to or by your dog during their stay or training.
4.2 Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog to Pawpidoo’s property, staff, or other animals.
4.3 In the event of a medical emergency, Pawpidoo will seek veterinary care at its discretion. Owners will be responsible for all veterinary costs.
4.4 A full liability waiver must be signed before enrolment, which can be found on our website.

5. Training & Behavioural Expectations

5.1 Training results depend on the consistency of reinforcement outside of training sessions. Owners are expected to follow recommended training plans for the best results.
5.2 No guarantees can be made regarding behavioural outcomes, as every dog responds differently to training.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1 Pawpidoo collects and stores client and pet information for service purposes only. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
6.2 By using our services, you consent to Pawpidoo contacting you via email, phone, or messaging for service updates and promotions.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
