Waiver form

In consideration of the services provided by Pawpidoo (the "Company"), I have read, understood, acknowledged, and agreed to the following:

1. Release of Liability
   I hereby release Pawpidoo, its employees, owners, directors, representatives, subcontractors, agents, animal owners, customers, and potential customers from any and all liabilities, financial or otherwise, for injuries to myself, my dog, or any of my property arising in any way, directly or indirectly, from services and/or products provided by or associated with Pawpidoo.

2. Assumption of Responsibility
   I agree to assume all liabilities and responsibilities, financial and otherwise, for the behaviour and health of my dog. In consideration of the services rendered by Pawpidoo, I waive any and all claims, actions, or demands, including but not limited to claims relating to the care, control, health, or safety of my dog. This includes claims arising during training, pick-up or drop-off, and boarding services.

3. Indemnification
   I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pawpidoo and its representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly as a result of actions by my dog or any other dog, including claims by myself, family members, or others accompanying me to any Pawpidoo function, program, or activity.

4. Veterinary Authorisation
   I authorise Pawpidoo to take necessary actions for the safety, health, and well-being of my dog, including seeking professional veterinary treatment as deemed necessary by Pawpidoo at its sole discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability
   Pawpidoo and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits or revenues, arising from services provided. In no event shall the liability of Pawpidoo exceed the amount I have paid to the Company in the twelve months preceding the date of any written claim.

6. Acknowledgement of Risks and Benefits
   I acknowledge that the benefits of dog socialisation outweigh the risks and understand that Pawpidoo is committed to the safety and well-being of my dog.

7. Right to Refuse Service
   I understand that Pawpidoo reserves the right to refuse service to me and/or my dog at any time and for any reason. If my dog demonstrates or has a history of aggression or biting humans or animals, Pawpidoo reserves the right to refuse service. I understand that all bites may be reported to local authorities as required by law.

8. Declaration of Ownership and Health
   I declare that I am the legal owner of my dog. I confirm that my dog has not been exposed to distemper, rabies, or parvovirus within the past 30 days and has received all required inoculations as indicated by provided records.
